I have worked with other team members who also have the same work ethic, satisfining customer's needs. This may sound cheesey but I love the cupons I recieve from Honda for service. Provides me great savings. My car now has 141,138 miles and still going. "

She made buying a car relatively painless. Unlike other car salespeople I've met, she doesn't sleazily pressure you. Her customer service skills are excellent - she makes you feel as if YOU, the customer, is the most important participant in the transaction. (Gee, what a concept for customer service.) We also worked with Virginia Trumbull in the financing department who was also kind, down-to-earth, and not sleazy. "I wanted to leave a posting of a positive experience that I had with Honda of El Cerrito. My family and I had been shopping for a new car for quite some time and we had made a deal at ANOTHER Honda dealership (big mistake.) The GM at this other dealership became rude, obnoxious and very unprofessional! I immediately called Honda of El Cerrito in hopes of a backup and was very fortunate to make contact with Ashlee Corbin in their Internet sales department. I told her of the offer we had on the table with the other disrespectful dealership, she took all the info on the vehicle and said that she would check to see if she could match the offer and the she would call me right back. Within 5 minutes, I received a call from Ashlee not only matching the price, but also offering the exact car my parents wanted with the ability to take delivery on the same day! That was awesome Ashlee, Thanks! My wife and I will be shopping for a new vehicle to replace her high mileage CR-V in the next year or so and we will definitely return to visit Ashlee first. "

I could not find a 2010 in the state of CA but did find a used civic at El Cerrito Honda, which is 1.5 hours north of where I live. Although I didn't want to purchase a car from a dealer that far away, it was the nicest and newest 5-speed I could find in the state of CA. I must say, it was a positive experience. Sales--Mehdi. As a east coast, NYer, I wanted bottom line and none of this back/forth time wasting negotiating; he was very professional and "quickly" negotiated fair price. Rick in finance was equally professional providing good sound advice. I also worked with Jim Praul in the service dept, as I wanted to work with my local dealer instead of going to El Cerrito. My experience with them was the best I have ever had after 40 years of buying cars. I began with the internet department and was offered a reasonable deal for the new car and my trade-in. My appointment with the sales associate was handled in a very professional manner and all questions answered in a knowledgeable manner. I even got a tour of the service department. What I really appreciated about my experience was that no one was pushy or tried to sell me something I did not want. They have the color we want and the price was just within our budget. Silva, who was our sales person, she was really nice and sweet to us.
