I love what I do because every day is a new opportunity to brighten someone's day.  Assisting a first-time buyer get into their own car, or helping someone re-establish themselves after a major life change, the gratitude, the smiles, it never gets old.  I have been in this industry for fifteen years and my main objective has always been to dispel the myth that all car people are bad.  Each day, I focus on helping others with compassion, transparency, and integrity at the forefront of each interaction.  Our industry is constantly evolving so there is never a dull moment which I love!
